**B2B Sales Manager**

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Business Sales of products - beauty devices and equipment B2B in Singapore. Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new B2B clients for our professional skin care and beauty treatment devices in Singapore.
- Sales Targets: Achieve/Exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue objectives in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and market feedback to management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, Build and maintain strong and long-lasting business relationships with potential B2B clients in Singapore.
- Customer satisfaction - Understand inquire and address needs and ensure highest customer satisfaction, retention and continuous fruitful collaboration.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the B2B skincare and beauty devices industry and utilize this information to devise effective sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our range of professional skin care and beauty treatment devices to effectively communicate their value proposition and benefits to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and expand the client base.
- *Sales Team: If the department expands, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.

**Education**
- Qualification or degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales course - substantial advantage
- English - mother tongue
- Chinese - advantage
- MS office

**Professional Experience**
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B Sales experience, within the beauty or skincare industry
- Experience in Business development within the beauty or skincare industry
- advantage
- Expertise in B2B skincare and beauty devices, industry trends, and client demands.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present products and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Motivated and result-oriented: Passionate about exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record in external stakeholders management
- Customers, contractors, suppliers and others
- Proven success in negotiation of new and existing deals within the beauty or skincare industry
- Experienced in leading high-performance sales teams and fostering a collaborative, motivational work environment.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
