Sales and Operations Manager

This position ensures that the sales operations in the organisation are running as efficiently and productively as possible. The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence for the organisation and would also assist with the day-to-day administration and operational tasks, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity. Trainee may also drive clients relationships by managing sales-related customer service to existing and new clienteles.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Actively promote company’s services (B2B) and will be trained directly by Director on how to effectively close deals.
2. Developing sales strategies by gathering market data and monitoring competitors in order to provide the most cost-effective solution for our clients.
3. Develop and implement business management goals and objectives in order to reach revenue growth for the organisation.
4. Work closely with Director on monitoring and managing budgets and costings.
5. To be able to shortlist, interview and train new sales personnels. By doing so, Trainee will have an in-depth understanding and knowledge on Company’s background and services so that he/she will be able to confidently motivate new staffs on sales procedures and how to effectively grow the business together as a team.
6. Establish sales goals and objectives to salesperson personally according to their past experience and performance.
7. Engage with weekly trainings with sales team by motivating them to achieve their personal best records and provide new product/service knowledge trainings.
