Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Sales Trainer to lead training programs for our Project Managers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the journey in a business-to-business context, and a talent for coaching and motivating professionals. This role will ensure that our team consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets by providing them with the skills, strategies, and tools to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train the team on advanced B2B sales strategies, including consultative selling, solution selling, account management, and complex deal negotiation.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve performance, overcome sales challenges, and close high-value new or existing deals.
- Design and maintain training materials such as playbooks, case studies, workshops, and digital learning modules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and B2B sales best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a B2B sales trainer.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
- Training or coaching certifications (e.g., ATD, Sales Enablement, or equivalent).
- Good to have: Experience in training clients in the Construction / Built Environment field.
