Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B FMCG market expansion through direct engagement with mamashops, supermarkets, chain stores, and retail outlets.

  • Execute frontline sales activities including pitching, in-store activation, and channel development.

  • Build and nurture a broad customer network , ensuring strong and lasting relationships with retail partners.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting to closing, including payment collection (cash/COD).

  • Actively explore new opportunities and support the company's broader strategy for regional FMCG growth .

  • Quickly establish a strong market presence in assigned territories.

· Win trust and loyalty from retail partners by delivering reliable service and strong product positioning.

  • Contribute to the company's high-growth journey , playing a key role in expanding FMCG distribution.

  • Show strong adaptability in balancing short-term execution with long-term growth opportunities.

Requirements

· Energetic and resilient personality with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.

  • Prior experience in B2B FMCG sales (convenience shops, mamashops, supermarkets, hypermarkets) preferred.

  • Familiarity with FMCG product categories such as beverages, alcohol, and snacks.

· Languages : English required; Mandarin and/or Malay strongly preferred for engaging diverse frontline operators.

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative , and adapt to fast-changing conditions.

  • Strong sense of responsibility in payment handling and cash flow discipline .
