Answer incoming calls. Provide general information and direct callers to appropriate party or voice mailbox
Professional guest reception/ notice related employee go to front desk for welcome/ timely arrange tea lady for tea and monitor the service level.
Meeting room booking arrangement & meeting room daily check-up accord to standard, good meeting room environment tracking. Meeting room facility checking & setup before each meeting upon users requirement.
Main coordinator on employee business travel ticket/hotel booking/ Travel Insurance document. Strictly follow company updated travel policy and approval/ operation/financial review process.
Other front desk support service.
Display professionalism and a sense of pride in all aspects of his/her duties and responsibilities.
Deal with couriers - shipping and receiving
Business Card checking & updating by request.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
Good level of secondary education
Previous office experience preferred
Fluent in written and verbal English
Excellent communication, written and organisational skills
Good telephone techniques
Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, such as incoming calls, guests and faxes
Must possess ability to act competently in a crisis situation while maintaining a calm and professional manner
Ability to be cooperative with other employees to ensure a smooth running, effective office operation
