Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of talent management and engagement programmes with the objective of identifying, developing and retaining the best employees. Your key responsibilities shall include shaping the talent management approach and driving talent management initiatives in the areas of succession planning, talent identification, talent development and talent engagement.
**You will be responsible for the following**:
- Lead the annual talent review and succession planning
- Partner with Centre of Excellence to implement engagement and development activities for identified high potentials and successors.
- Provide consultative support to HODs and HRBPs on critical and complex talent and organizational capability issues to build talent development capabilities and accountabilities.
- Collaborate with both internal stakeholders (including Centre of Excellence) and external partners in the development and delivery of the leadership and talent development initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading Talent Management function
- Resourceful, adaptable and able to integrate volumes of relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
- Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
