1、全面负责行政经营管理,负责各部门的协调和各项工作的组织与安排,创新营业额。

2、根据国家有关部门和上级主管部门的有关规定,依照餐厅实际情况,制定餐厅的各项安全制度与各种防范措施,并监督落实。

3、严格执行管理制度,为本店全体员工作好表率。监督下属严格执行火锅店的各项规章制度,健全和完善相应的工作细则。

4、做好员工思想教育工作,激励下属,创造和谐的工作环境和气氛,增强员工的归属感和责任感。

5、严格控制人员编制、临时用工和劳动成本,监督检查出勤和人力调配情况,使火锅店工作达到满负荷、高效率状态。

6、考核评估并有计划地对员工实行在岗培训,不断提高其业务能力和综合素质。

7、接受并妥善处理顾客投诉,负责接待重要客人。主动征求顾客意见和建议,并上报总经理办公室。

8、处理火锅店中的一切突发事件,抓好防火、防盗、防食品中毒、防自然灾害的管理工作,确保餐厅经营顺利,软硬件质量可靠。

9、审批本店财务预算、决算;严格控制成本费用和进货价格,把握好各个环节,提高经济效益。

10、审批签署本店的报销单、申购单以及进货单等一些需要审核的单据。

11、负责拟订各大节日的营销活动计划报总经理办公室审核,并组织具体实施。

12、关心员工生活,定期与不定期的主动与员工沟通。
