**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a business development associate, the position reports to the Head Of E-commerce; works closely with the Customer Service Manager and the Digital Media team.

**Primary Duties**:
1) Handling and addressing queries about our products to potential customers

2) Developing pitches to potential customers

3) Researching and identifying new market opportunities

4) Overseeing the sales process to attract new customers digitally (SEO, SEM)

5) Working with the Digital Media Team, on high ROIs online campaigns

6) Executing the orders within our SAGE system (training provided)

**Secondary Job Scope**

1) Help out in the implementation and execution of ongoing events, trade shows and out-reach.

2) Help out in photo and video shoots

3) Creative strategy and design concepts for brand

4) Digital Assets and File Management

5) Managing Campaign calendar.

**Competencies**

1) Excellent communication and engagement skills, including how to engage stakeholders professionally.

2) Photoshop and Video Editing ( not must but will be a plus)

3) MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

4) Keynote

**Qualification**:
Diploma or Degree in any Discipline. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
