What the role is: Join a team of dynamic professionals to support full-time and part-time courses in School of Business Management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Business / Info-Comm Technologies related courses to both full-time and part-time learners. Additionally, you will provide support for academic related operations and be involved in the digitalisation of academic processes. What you will be working on: Responsible for module development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for both full-time and part-time courses Mentor and guide learners in their holistic development Leverage on digital tools to enhance academic operational processes and provide insights to facilitate effective decision making Lead/participate in projects to drive academic quality improvement and system enhancements Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to address academic operational challenges and concerns Contribute to school-wide events and activities Undertake any other duties as assigned that support school's vision What we are looking for: Relevant qualification in Business or IT related discipline Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and SQL or other database query languages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and work with uncertainty About Nanyang Polytechnic Nanyang Polytechnic is committed to providing quality education and training to prepare our graduates for life and work, equipping them to contribute to the technological, economic and social development of Singapore.
