Lark Global Revenue Operations Team
We're a data-driven group committed to transforming the sales strategy and processes for optimal results. With a sharp eye on data analysis and process enhancement, we partner with Commercial & Product teams to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution that empower our sales force to excel and maximise our revenue.

**About the role**:

- You will report into the Global Revenue Operations Lead and serve as the revenue operations business partner to the APAC GTM organization.
- You will manage sales planning, forecast, pipeline, and performance by proactively strategizing problems, translating data into insights, providing actionable consultation, and following up on actions
- You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, align strategies, and scale the business
- You will take the lead to drive standardization, automation, and governance of lead-to-cash data, systems and processes to improve Lark's customer lifecycle management

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- You possess a solid sales/revenue operations experience in the SaaS industry
- You have experience in developing, streamlining, and executing GTM strategies and operations in cross-functional/multinational organization
- Ability to pivot and think on the spot and out of the box with growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Exhibits sound business judgment and ability to influence others to deliver results
- Great logical and data sensitivity, business intelligence experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in setting up, managing, and improving sales processes and systems
- Experience in sales incentive & compensation
