Lark Go-To-Market Team Lark is currently focusing on growing our business globally. Lark Go To Market Team formulates and drives business strategies to create commercial impact for our global business. **Responsibilities**: - Formulate go-to-market strategy with the leadership team - Support and advising the leadership team in decision making, program management, and initiative implementation - Drive cross-function collaboration to improve and optimize processes for efficiency and productivity - Leverages market and customer intelligence, trend analysis, and predictive statistics to identify potential business opportunities and risks. - University degree or equivalent. MBA will be an advantage - Proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on advising the leadership team and cross functional collaboration. - Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments - Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives - Strong knowledge in SaaS/IT industry - Passionate in technology with a keen interest in new technologies and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market. - “Startup" mindset; Go-getter with who strive in dynamic and fast-paced work environment - Strong problem-solving and management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
