Lark Base
The Lark Base team helps to boost the efficiency of our users by providing a powerful app designed based on sheets with the capabilities of online collaboration, information management and visualization.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be in the core team to make a real impact on the entire product strategy and see how your ideas and work change the lives of millions of users (and counting).
- Deeply involved in the product strategy as the core member. Formulating exciting business strategies from the perspective of industry and customer needs.
- Responsible for the decomposition of business strategy to product strategy, able to formulate effective product strategies based on business competitiveness and product growth, clarify product positioning, and describe clear product architecture.
- Responsible for complex and challenging product/technical integration architecture analysis and decision-making, and to design the top-level architecture for the product R&D team.
- Help us prioritize the right tasks and ensure we deliver amazing execution in a super fast-paced environment where every iteration counts.
- Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things.
- Evaluate the team’s solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests & surveys along with data analysis and AB tests.
- Understand the market, and competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Design, or Business Management related curriculum.
- 5+ years of Internet industry experience relating to Product Management.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to executives on product decisions and rationale.
- Demonstrated track record of product leadership and entrepreneurial qualities.
- Prior experience with leading a No-Code or Low-Code is a plus.
