Lark Revenue Operations Team
The Revenue Operations team in Lark APAC is responsible to drive success for our customer by maximize their productivity and bringing them closer to their aspired success goal.
- Own & deliver GTM enablement strategy, operations & execution across sales & channel for APAC to drive tangible improvement in sales efficiency & productivity
- Build and facilitate diverse training and enablement programs including onboarding, continuing learning, and role-based training/training based on data & insights, field feedback as well as business priorities
- Drive ongoing onboarding strategy and execution to improve sales & partner ramp & readiness
- Own & optimize content/curriculum/certification strategy and execution
- Provide hands-on coaching to sales and partners across the GTM organization
- Min. 5+ years of relevant sales enablement experience. Previous direct SaaS sales experience is a plus
- Engaging public speaker and trainer who has a deep understanding of sales/GTM and can excite and motivate others through influencing, training, and coaching
- Passionate about people, coaching, professional development & sales
- Capable of developing regional strategic plans and driving flawless tactical execution
- Creative, resourceful problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to run programs and improve productivity
- Willing and able to travel to facilitate/conduct training programs across APAC
