Lark APAC Marketing Team
The Lark APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) Marketing Team formulates and executes the marketing strategy with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving lead generation across our key segments and markets. Activities include planning & hosting events, increasing online presence and digital awareness and building partnerships in collaboration with the sales and partnerships team.
**Job Description**:
At Lark, we're building a team of self-starters, motivated individuals and problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the lead of the marketing team for Lark APAC, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution of new performance-driven and omni-channels marketing campaigns and field activities.
You should be a problem-solver with the analytical ability to use tools and data to continually refine communications and engagement initiatives that are focused on lead generation and user acquisition. Working closely with sales, business development and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing targeted online and offline marketing campaign programs centered on the broader business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for leading the marketing team and develop the overall marketing strategy and execution for Lark APAC
- Run end-to-end regional marketing campaigns including but not limited to digital demand generation, field events, and other growth initiatives focused on ROI, user acquisition and lead generation by working closely with sales, business development, marketing, CSM, operations and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Leverage data to compile detailed reporting of all campaigns to justify and illustrate returns of investment
- Investigate and test new channels to communicate and engage with customers and prospects within target accounts
- Build and develop a strong foundation for program management, processes and cross-functional operations
- Manage budget reconciliation process for regional campaigns and activities
- Work closely with internal teams and/or vendors to implement, track and optimise marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI
- 7+ years experience in a regional marketing related role for B2B businesses
- Strategic thinker with effective marketing and communication skills to drive digital strategy, execution and results
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with marketing automation/Sales CRM tools
- Proven track-record of developing marketing strategies and campaigns; executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets and optimizing results
- Experience in both digital and offline marketing covering lead generation, demand generation, lead progression, and contribution to sales conversion
- Proven track-record of managing and delivering strategic digital and offline tactics to target ideal customer profiles and drive conversions within relevant account segments
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Strong entrepreneurial drive.
