Helpdesk Support Technician

Our client is globally known as an Information Technology company. They are expanding and looking for Helpdesk Support Technician.
Main job duties as a Helpdesk Support Technician includes but not limited to the following:
- Providing technical assistance to end users
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, software, and systems
- Maintaining documentation of support activities
- Assisting with the maintenance and upgrade of computer systems
- Managing the ticketing system, including assigning tickets to technicians, prioritizing and routing requests, and providing updates to users
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of common computer systems and technologies
**Benefits**:
Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
