**SOMEONE WHO CAN**:

- Develops and implements **strategic marketing plans** essential for the company's success, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and meeting sales goals throughout the year while supporting all business channels. Oversees the production of marketing materials and content.
- Leads membership initiatives by organizing drives, planning events, and devising strategies to **grow and engage the membership base**. Manages all aspects of membership operations, including customer service and order fulfillment.
- Regularly **assesses workflows** and internal processes to recommend improvements. Establishes and maintains productive relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers and media agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- **Produces detailed reports and analyses for management**, and manages a calendar of activities across digital and social media channels to drive traffic, boost conversion rates, enhance customer retention, and increase transaction sizes.
- **Coordinates** with external digital agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies. Leads the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of strategies to meet corporate objectives.
- Stays updated on consumer trends and market dynamics to develop and execute diverse marketing and communication strategies. Conducts market research to **identify needs **and **optimize marketing actions **for better ROI.
- **Collaborates with internal stakeholders** to ensure marketing activities are well-coordinated and align with business objectives.

**MUST HAVE**:

- **Local **diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any **related discipline.**:

- Preferably someone with supervisory experience in brand management or marketing communication, from FMCG or fast-paced retail environment. **Fresh graduates are welcome.**:

- Digital and social media savvy.
- Experience in managing advertising agencies, printers, event agencies and third-party vendors.
- Able to work independently and lead the team on marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,900.00 - $4,500.00 per month
