**Introduction**:
We are looking for an Account Manager with strong consumer insights expertise to join our SEA Sales team & develop SEA market. You will be responsible for developing the enterprise relationship through understanding their business objectives, how they conduct their insights activities and driving adoption of Toluna’s best-in-class tech stack.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support new & existing businesses and build relationships
- Achieve sales target by clients, regions and product types
- Learn about Toluna products and services and describe & Provide demonstrations of our digital platform to clients and prospects
- Be consultative in sales approach & ability to propose the appropriate methodology to meet prospect & clients’ objective(s) and needs and ability to translate it to a proper proposal for the client /prospect
- Create project feasibility for online studies and full bid creation
- Ensure all business administrative tasks are completed and organized

**Required skill set**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales/account management experience in Market Research, Insights & Analytics, Customized Research
- Experience across a variety of methodologies, online research is a plus
- Fast learner & interest in technology and making clients’ happy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, general comfort with database structures
- Salesforce is good-to-have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
