**Introduction**:
To complete our team in SouthEast Asia, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our sales team by managing multiple online assignments for marketing research and consulting clients by establishing a relationship with them and becoming an expert in understanding their research needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Support Corporate, end Clients and Internal project management teams

Project Management
- Take full responsibility and accountability of the Market Research Project assigned.
- Review and define clear project specifications and client needs on each project
- Provide guidance on research design, questionnaire structure and sample design to clients.
- End-to-end project management, identify potential roadblocks to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
- **Coordination of all tasks for specific projects/clients involving the survey set-up working closely with programming, sampling, data processing, translations, coding etc.**
- **Advising on in-field data verification checks and general quality checks**
- Supporting team and clients in developing tab specs and project planning
- Advising/Supporting data deliverables QA checks
- In troubleshooting - Running frequencies or other data reports in SPSS
- Effectively communicate with sales teams and all operation teams to ensure customer’s needs are understood and met.
- Work closely with all Operations teams and keep control of the project status by coordinating all parts involved at all times
- Work closely with all departments to achieve best solutions and service for Toluna’s client.

**Required skill set**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience
- 2+ years market research experience spanning both across research and project management (On-line Research experience)
- Experience across a variety of methodologies including ad-hoc and tracker projects
- Client management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented
- Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- A problem solver who has good time management with great attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and SPSS, as well as other software and data formats.
