**About the Job**

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting clients, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage client queries across various channels, support onboarding, and maintain a high standard of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt responses to clients, ensuring they receive timely support and clear information.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure clients are updated.
- Serve as the main contact for designated clients, nurturing and strengthening client relationships.
- Participate in market research and client platform training initiatives as required.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through account setup and helping them transition smoothly to our services.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Education**: A local diploma or a Bachelor’s degree.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant work experience is advantageous, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Team & Independence**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive, solution-oriented approach to client needs and issues.
