Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Engage with clients to negotiate agreements that are advantageous for both parties.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Perform competitor analysis and assess customer needs to refine product offerings.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**:

- Work alongside various departments to ensure alignment of goals and enhance overall business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 1 year experience is a bonus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role, typically 2-5 years of experience preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations.
- **Negotiation Abilities**:

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build lasting relationships.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
- **Networking Skills**:

- Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships across various industries.
- **Self-Motivated**:

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and achieving targets with mínimal supervision.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools to manage leads and track performance.
- **Team Player**:

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,950.00 per month
