Office Administrative Assistant

**Type: Full-Time/Part-Time**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure a tidy and well-organized workspace.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, providing information and directing queries.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and arrangements.
- Process invoices, expenses claim submission from employee, and reports preparation.
- Provide personalized support to executives, including booking travel arrangements and preparing reports.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both English and Chinese.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid accounting knowledge and experience.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative to work independently.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or experience in administrative roles is a plus.
- At least 2 years related working experience.
- If Part time at least 3 days a week.
