- To handle and act as a liaison party to facilitate timely and successful implementation of the team’s projects

- To follow up on delivery and installation dates.
- To submit closure reports for billing after verification by the project team.
- To keep records of sales targets and actual figures and compile them into reports for management
- To compile Monthly Reports and ad-hoc reporting.
- To coordinate mock-up arrangements with the project team (issuing mock-up Delivery and Collection Orders, and arranging transportation).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Administration works.
- Meticulous
- Excellent PC and MS office skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Good working attitude and initiative.
