Trustana's goal is to enable buyers to bring the highest quality products to their customers by connecting them with pre-screened, curated international suppliers. It also helps suppliers to expand their customer base by supporting the internationalization of their products and connecting them with reputable buyers. The platform leverages decentralised technology to enable users to have control and ownership over their data.

Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement local supplier recruitment strategy
- Identify, qualify and engage with prospective suppliers for Trustana marketplace
- Execute sales strategy across varied corporate cultures, from gathering supplier leads to launch suppliers
- Support on cross team leads acquisition channel like offline tradeshow, online live board streaming
- Work with the customer service team to assist suppliers in guiding the onboarding process.
- Experience in Vendor/Supplier Acquisition
- B2B key Account Management Experiences in Home & Living would be an advantage
- Hunting Roles or Cold Call Experiences in Lead Generation
- Ability to present or communicate to customers of all levels/functions
- Project Management or Experienced in working with cross-functional teams
- Problems-Solving Skills
- Hands-on & Self-Driven Personality
- Past Experiences in Market Place/E-commerce would be advantageous (if any)
- Job level/title will be assessed accordingly during the interview process
