We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and managing product and service suppliers catering to travellers visiting Singapore. As the Supplier Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with a diverse range of suppliers to enhance the travel experience of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Supplier Identification**:

- Research and identify potential suppliers offering a variety of products and services, including but not limited to souvenirs, tours, activities, dining, and other travel-related services in Singapore.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to understand the needs and preferences of travelers and align supplier offerings accordingly.

**Supplier Onboarding**:

- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential suppliers, presenting the benefits of partnering with our platform to promote their services to a wide audience of travelers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing structures, and contractual agreements with suppliers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and shared.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure the quality of their offerings and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Monitor supplier performance and customer reviews, working closely with the quality assurance team to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to continuously improve their offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging products/services in the travel sector in Singapore.
- Analyze market data to identify potential gaps in supplier offerings and suggest strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to effectively promote supplier offerings to our customer base through various channels, including our website, mobile app, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth integration of supplier services into our platform.
