**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to attract top talent
Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background checks
Manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact through to onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of success in recruiting
Strong understanding of the job market and recruiting trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software is a plus
