Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring efforts for the organization. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying and sourcing top talent, and overseeing the selection and hiring process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Oversee the selection and hiring process, including resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their hiring needs and goals
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make adjustments as needed
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
**Qualifications**:
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, legal compliance, and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of the local job market
