Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Executive (Talent Acquisition and Development) for Burger King Singapore is responsible for providing support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

- Significant position within the operation structure; providing support and analysis to the overall talent pool within the operations team.
- finding and hiring the right people is a crucial element of an organization's business plan and it directly affects the company's future success
- Coordinate with HR Team to manage the whole Operations talent acquisition function to support company’s fast expansion plans
- Working with the HR Team to create and execute end-to-end hiring processes for Operations to ensure a positive experience for all interviewees including onboarding and understand why they would like to off board
- Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits and propose to immediate reporting officer
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives with schools, champion career talks/ fairs, internship and sponsorship programs
- Key interface person with all government agencies and various institutions, drive talent acquisition related programs and government grants
- Constantly and proactively sourcing for new talent pipelines/ avenues, leveraging on past hiring trends, social media and setting up platforms to reach out and stay connected with the targeted talents
- Cooperating with HR Team to organize company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events
**Industry Background & Skills**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline and One year of working experience in a fast pace environment
- Prior experience in the Human Resources is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Meticulous, committed and able to multi task
