**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- **Teacher Management**:
- Coordinate the on boarding, and management of teachers.
- Support teachers with operational needs, ensuring they have the resources necessary to deliver high-quality education.
- Monitor teacher performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- **Customer Service Management**:
- Assist in managing the customer service team, handling escalations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective process management.
- **Operations Management**:
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Coordinate resources and activities to meet operational deadlines and objectives.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to optimize processes.
- **Workflows & SOP Documentation**:
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect process improvements and new practices.
- Ensure adherence to documented workflows and processes across the organization.
- **Marketing Support**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns that promote the organization’s offerings.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Education, Customer Service, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Customer service skills are required.
- Interest in public speaking and teaching is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and teams, particularly in an educational or service-based environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining workflows and SOPs.
- Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
