The Challenges
- You will assist 2 Departments, namely Operations (Allied Health) and Operations (Pharmacy) in administrative and operational work. These may include the following:
- Processing reports and maintaining documents;
- Extracting & compiling statistics;
- Upkeeping of department physical and electronic records & files;
- Handling phone enquiries from internal and external parties;
- Coordinating meetings which including booking of venues and preparing of meeting logistics;
- Assisting with organising training workshops;
- Maintaining records of department assets such as IT equipment and stationery stock;
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by your supervisor
In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement projects or activities including streamlining and automating processes, fire-warden duties etc.
- The Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' levels;
- Relevant administrative work experience;
- Possess at least intermediate level for Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and able to generate quality reports and presentations with accuracy;
- Meticulous, with good organisational and coordination skills;
- Good communication skills
- NOTE: We are open to hiring 2 part-timers (about 21 hours/week), to support 1 department each_
