**Senior Executive/Assistant Manager **in “The Academic Respiratory Initiative for Pulmonary Health” (“TARIPH”) at LKCMedicine**

We are currently recruiting a **Senior Executive/Assistant Manager **to join the TARIPH secretariat office based at the Clinical Sciences Building in Novena Campus.

“ **T **he **A **cademic **R **espiratory **I **nitiative for **P **ulmonary **H **ealth” (TARIPH) is an aspiring national research platform that addresses respiratory health and disease in Singapore through aligning strategic academic expertise across Singapore in a formal way to benefit Singaporeans suffering with lung disease through research. It brings together interdisciplinary teams that share common interests, and acts as a platform for the exchange of ideas and development of sustainable relationships, providing an organisational framework for academic respiratory research. TARIPH will become part of a developing Centre for Academic Respiratory Research hence the secretariat office presents an exciting opportunity for any aspiring or experienced research administrator.
- Organize regular and ad-hoc meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing secretariat support to all meetings by preparing agendas, writing and distributing minutes and following-up on action items
- Provide administrative and logístical support for events
- Assist in record-keeping and tracking of KPIs
- Develop communication and publicity materials including web page, quarterly newsletters and ad hoc articles.
- Support day-to-day operations of chronic respiratory disease registries
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Experience in research processes within clinical and/or academic institutions is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Adaptable and able to work with various stakeholders
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented and meticulous
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic environment under supervision.
