**HR Executive, Projects & HR Ops**
6 months contract
**Data Migration, Projects**
- Perform data verification, cleansing, preparation for migration from legacy HR systems and performance management system to SAP SuccessFactors
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data (e.g. past performance grades, training information and reports, qualifications, marital status etc.) migrated to the new system
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of data in new system
**HR Operations**
- Creation and maintaining employee Personal Files digitally on SharePoint
- Facilitate the hiring and on-boarding processes
- Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
- Coordinate with IT department for issuance of hardware and creation of account access rights
- Involvement in adhoc automaton tasks, such as workflow digitization and trackers
- Collaborate and support organization-wide HR initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Available on immediate basis.
- Possess at least a Diploma, preferably in Business Applications/Human Resource Management with 1 to 2 years of working experience especially in data migration.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of the information accessed.
- Have an eye on detail in data as well as a fair understanding of HR data structure.
- Has initiative, pays attention to details and is meticulous.
- Able to multi-task, work independently and also in a team.

830am - 6pm

Mon to Wed (Work from office)
Thu & Fri (Work from home)

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
