**Job Title: Pre-Sales Director - Technology**

**About**: A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Director to lead the pre-sales efforts and drive business growth in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Sales Leadership**:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the pre-sales team, emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement.
**Solution Architecture**:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand and communicate technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Design and articulate comprehensive solution architectures during the pre-sales process.
**Client Engagement**:
- Engage directly with clients during the pre-sales phase to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in technology solutions.
**Proposal Development**:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and customized proposals in response to client RFPs and RFIs.
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations and showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
**Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures, providing technical expertise and addressing client concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our solutions.
**Market Insights**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Leverage market insights to enhance our pre-sales strategy and positioning.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.**Experience**:
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management position.**Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Familiarity with a range of IT solutions, including cloud services, software, and infrastructure.**Leadership Skills**:
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and excellence.**Communication Skills**:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.**Strategic Thinking**:
