**Role Summary**
**Pre-Sales Project Manager - Proposals, RFP and RFI Management**
We are looking for a diligent presales project manager with knowledge of presales, sales, and ops functions. As a presales project manager, you'll be curious, open, driven & entrepreneurial. You will work with various functions within and outside the team across all the business units globally, to deliver RFPs, Pitches, Infographics, and Collaterals at the highest quality and on time. You will manage day-to-day projects to support the presales, leadership, and sales enablement teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Presales Project Manager in the eClerx Marketing team, you will be responsible for:
- _ RFP/RFI Project Management _- Responsible for managing all forms of RFPs and RFIs, including collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders and the leadership, sending out status updates, and setting up collaborative calls and mechanisms to drive the RFP smoothly
- _ Content Management for RFPs, Pitches, and Sales Meetings_ - Responsible for maintaining and curating a central repository of content for all our Pitches, Sales Meetings, and RFPs in various formats such as Word, PDF, PPT, etc.
- _ Collaboration with Sales Enablement teams_ - Proactively help sales enablement teams with the most updated forms of content and cross-sell up-sell strategies, campaign content ideas, outreach ideas, and industry research to establish the eClerx brand and gain new clients
- _ Reporting _- Create and manage end-of-the-month reports for all revenue-driving presales team engagements
**Eligibility Requirements**
- MBA is a good to have; Marketing, finance, operations, or related specialization will be preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience working in sales, and project management, preferably across multiple marketing and presales functions
- Excellent customer-facing skills with experience making pitches to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CDOs, CMOs, and CXOs)
- Experience with translating stakeholder requirements into visual storyboards and a track record of effective data storytelling in clear and concise written mediums
- Strong analytical capability and the ability to interpret and transform data into meaningful conclusions and business recommendations
- Strong aim to tackle stakeholder problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to business problems and align them with program success criteria
- Hands-on approach and willingness to undergo cross-functional training for presales requests
- Keen attention to detail, quality audit skills, and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, MS Teams, Loopio, and others
- Valid work authorization in Singapore
