Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Communicate with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their IT/CT infrastructure needs and provide professional solution recommendations; Participate in pre-sales solution design, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and client presentations to ensure smooth project progress; Support the sales team in business development by leveraging company resources to provide end-to-end solutions for clients; Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project implementation; Continuously track ICT industry developments in Southeast Asia, deliver industry insights and competitive analysis to support business decision-making. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of pre-sales or related work experience; Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; Familiar with IT or CT infrastructure services such as data centers, cloud computing, networking, and storage; Experience with ICT projects in Southeast Asia, with some understanding of the local market environment and culture; Positive and proactive, with strong communication, coordination, stress management, and resilience skills; Familiar with the ICT ecosystem and key clients in Southeast Asia, with the ability to quickly build client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Pre-sales experience in multinational enterprises or large-scale ICT projects; Familiarity with ICT market policies and major client groups across multiple Southeast Asian countries; Relevant technical or project management certifications (e.g., CCNP, PMP).
