**Job Duties**
- To support the Business Director in identifying prospective customers, generate sales leads, conducts sales calls & presentations, negotiate project contracts, implementing sales plans, track sales activities and achieving targets.
- Develop good understanding of the customers’ requirements and problems, to organize, consolidate, write, articulate and present proposals in competitive RFP/tenders
- Coordinate business development processes to achieve timely implementation of the projects by all relevant parties and to monitor, review, take corrective action on project progress to ensure it is in line with the project’s objectives.
- Organize and work with in house technical teams and external partners during pre-sales process and during projects
- Demonstrating impressive product demos, highlighting differentiators, and delivering value proposition
- To assist in the development and maintenance of projects and corporate data standards and ensure best practice is maintained within various functions within the team.
- To keep up to date on current technologies and undertake personal development in line with business requirements.
- Assessment of business requirements, collection and identification of technical specifications, and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require development to be viable.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in formulating sound IT solution. Strong technical experience with proven track record
- Strong understanding of technology and business solutions within the interactive industry.
- Familiar in Web-Based related solution such as Workflow system, content management and portal technology, Web Services, security, LDAP, Identity and Access Management, etc
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills for effective messaging on strategic and tactical recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
