Job Title: Pre-Sales Director - Technology About: A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Director to lead the pre-sales efforts and drive business growth in Singapore. Role Overview: The Pre-Sales Director will play a strategic role in shaping and executing the pre-sales strategy for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading pre-sales teams, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals to our clients. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the pre-sales team, providing strategic direction and guidance. Foster a high-performance culture within the pre-sales team, emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand and communicate technical solutions that meet client needs. Design and articulate comprehensive solution architectures during the pre-sales process. Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients during the pre-sales phase to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in technology solutions. Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and customized proposals in response to client RFPs and RFIs. Ensure proposals align with client expectations and showcase the value proposition of our solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures, providing technical expertise and addressing client concerns. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our solutions. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Leverage market insights to enhance our pre-sales strategy and positioning. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role. Previous experience in a leadership or management position. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technology solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Familiarity with a range of IT solutions, including cloud services, software, and infrastructure. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and excellence. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
