Customer Service Executive

Accurate keying of orders to generate invoices and delivery orders.
- Send out invoices and liaise with customers for fulfilment of orders.
- Liaise with customers and 3PL for deliveries.
- Follow up with customers for payments if necessary.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in events and ad-hoc activities.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum N-Level qualification, with good mastery of spoken and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fast learner with enthusiasm towards learning.
- Polit, patient and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanour.
- Able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Team player, able to work well with other colleagues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
