**Roles & Responsibilities**
To ensure we offer the best experienc to our valued customers including:
First port of call for customer issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues with Director assistance as necessary.
Enhance, circulate and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Liaise with the sales team and the operations and delivery team.
Communicate effectively with customers and keep them up to date.
Maintain current and accurate information on Help Desk software.
Maintain inventories of stock items and parts and keep stakeholders up to date.
Collect quality data, prepare and present reports to Directors.
Follow up delighted customers for reviews, photographs and interviews.
Other ad hoc customer excellence work.
Other information:
5 day week, office based, Health Insurance for permanent staff.
