Join Singapore's leading custom pc company and help to deliver the ultimate custom pc experience in the region. You will be master of PC hardware, helping customers from all backgrounds to find the perfect system for their needs. Your goal will be to make recommendations for customers to ensure they find the best possible system within their budget, and to help customers with their PC buying experience to ensure for an unmatched experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and requests
- Talk to customers about building their ideal PCs, Help them to find the perfect combination of parts within their budget and answer technical questions
- Ensure that we help customers to find the best possible hardware for their needs
- Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met in customer engagement
**Requirements**:
- Customer service centric mindset is a must
- Experience with customer service is a plus
- Passion and absolute love for PC Hardware and Software
Working hours: 5-days work week (4 weekdays + 1 Saturday, From 11am-8pm)
**Salary**: Up to $2,800.00 per month
