**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide administrative support to insurance consultants, liaise with underwriters, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Maintain and update client records and insurance databases, tracking policy changes and client interactions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims status in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and track media projects, ensuring tasks are prioritized, deadlines are met, and deliverables align with business goals.
- Prepare and distribute documents, including quotes, policy summaries, and certificates of insurance.
- Use Canva to design presentations, reports, marketing materials, and client communications, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and professional.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support continuous process improvement.
- Assist with risk assessment, data analysis, and preparation of insurance reports as needed.
- Support training of new staff on administrative processes and insurance-related tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- 1+ years of experience in insurance administration or a similar support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proven project management skills.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and insurance management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting projects or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with claims processing and client service in an insurance environment.
