Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Admin Manager will manage the organizations clerical and administrative support staff, coordinating operation of the clerical department and services.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department, clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- As the first contact person for the office.
- Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties
- Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms and reports.
- Composes, prepares, reviews, and distributes various documents.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files.
- Schedules meetings and daily operations.
- Make arrangement on the organization event and staff welfare.
- Evaluates and implements policies and procedures.
- Assist in insurance and medical claim issues.
- In charge of insurance and licences renewal.
- In charge of the payroll calculation and process for foreign workers.
- To oversee the procurement process for the company.
- Review the stock records and shipping matters for import & exports.
- Take part in review the performance and setting KPI for admin department.
- Performs other Perform other ad-hoc HR & general administrative tasks as assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment.
**Experience & Education**
- At least 10 years of related experience with 3 years of supervisory role.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administrative or Human Resources.
- Experience in construction / engineering sector will be an added advantage.
