HR Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum of HR including payroll process.
- Develop and spearhead strategic HR initiatives to drive continuous improvement at organization level.
- Handle employee enquiries & grievances as well as disciplinary matters with reference to Employees Handbook Policies and Regulations.
- Review current employee benefit and welfare policies. Recommend any appropriate revision when necessary to remain competitive with market trends.
- Generate necessary HR and manpower reports to the Management Team for business decision making purposes.
- Ensure compliance with local manpower (MOM) and tax law.
- Develop and Implement an Effective Training Policy.
**Required qualification**
- Degree in Human Resources or related field with mínimally 5 years’ of HR management experience.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
