· Review Job Descriptions, HR Policies & Procedures in compliance with MOM regulation and organization needs.
· Full cycle of Recruitment
· Work Pass application, renewal & cancellation
· Manage monthly payroll processing
· Ensure timely submission of statutory Government claim: NS/Maternity/ Paternity, Child Care, and foreign worker levy waiver
· Conduct HR orientation and briefing of new employees on HR policies
· Updating of employee's records periodically
· Ensure P-file and P-Folder are in a proper manual, systematic and updated
· Calculation, checking and verify the employees' overtime
· Updating of Monthly Salary & OT Report, yearly Salary Report & Bonus Report for submission to MD
· Foreign worker's dormitories administration
· Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters
· Update and ensure the Attendance & Door Access system is in proper running
· Monitor and keep trace Leave, Medical Administration (MHC Medical Centre), Primary Care Plan (PCP), Training Administration and others office administration including purchase and control of office equipment, stationery, name card, uniforms, groceries, etc.
· Handle employees queries on HR Policies and procedure, staff benefits and salary payment
· Feedback to Assistant General manager on questions and/or problems relating to HR
· Other general HR duties.
Additional Requirement:
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources duties or relevant duties
Meticulous in work, tactful & ability to interact with different levels of people
To be familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
Able to coordinate and work well with others
Able to work 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
