The Chief Secretary serves as a pivotal administrative leader, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by providing high-level support to executives and overseeing key administrative functions. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the executive team, managing communication and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage detailed schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

**Office Administration**:

- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office systems, including filing, communication platforms, and workflow processes.
- Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing organizational projects and initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing updates to executives.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment and progress on key objectives.

**Communication Management**:

- Facilitate effective communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

**Strategic Support**:

- Provide research and analysis to assist executives in decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and organizational developments to inform executive strategy.
- Assist in preparing agendas and minutes for board meetings and executive sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
