Business Development Executive

You will work closely alongside management to sell existing solutions and co-create new solutions and business opportunities. We have a flat and open, performance driven company culture with flexible working arrangements.
- Prospect, quote and onboard new customers and identify digital suitable solutions for workflow optimisation for clients. Digital solutions include QuickBooks Online, Xero and other HRMS solutions
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business that include professional services, digital accounting solutions and in-house solutions
- Prospect, nurture and close deals relating to digital accounting solutions
- Nurturing current clients to identify additional requirements and discover where the company can fill in current service gaps
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns relating to the company’s products and services
- Conceptualize, produce and manage all marketing collaterals and marketing materials
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing local and overseas markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients through client engagement activities
**Requirements**:
- Fresh Graduate with a Degree from a reputable university, no prior experience in Enterprise Sales is required
- Open to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A self-motivated and proactive mindset, able to make suggestions on the improvement of the firm, and generate initiatives on your own
- A high level of interpersonal or communication skills
- A natural people person who loves working with clients and find solutions for problems
- Problem-solving attitude while thinking critically when faced with challenges
- Enjoys working in a team in a flat and open hierarchy
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
