To be successful in this role, you should be someone with a solid background in business development—bonus points if it's in private wealth management You need to have a flair for relationship-building. If you've got a deep understanding of financial products, a grip on industry regulations, and a zest for making things happen, come join us in the world of wealth management
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Researching and identifying potential clients within the private wealth management sector;
- Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to target new clients and expand the department's client base;
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction;
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients; and
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and remain agile in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience or exposure in business development and product marketing, preferably in the wealth management industry
- Self-starter, resourceful and a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied with strong negotiation skills
- Language proficiency in Mandarin and English are also important for this role as this candidate will be required to converse with partners and network with Chinese speaking clients
- To fulfil your responsibilities, you will need to obtain approval to be an appointed representative to conduct financial advisory services.
