Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth.
- Understand the client’s business and identify marketing needs and pain points.
- Develop and pitch marketing plans integrated with influencer /KOL and digital solutions.
- Maintain relationships with both local and international clients in a consultative fashion.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables.
- Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales strategy.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising, digital marketing, influencer trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development function (Advertising, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce).
- Good command of English and excellent communication and presenting skills.
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Result-oriented mind with passion for work.
- Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility.
