The Business Development Executive is responsible for the following:
**Immediate Sales Responsibilities (Primary Focus)**
- Drive immediate sales by generating and closing qualified leads with SMEs and enterprise clients, meeting aggressive monthly sales targets from day one.
- Manage your sales pipeline actively using CRM and proprietary tools to accelerate deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

**Strategic Growth Activities (Evolving Role)**
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with the Company’s innovative AI solutions.
- Contribute insights toward developing strategic partnerships and expanding market presence after initial sales success.

**Salary**

Base salary ranges **SGD $4,500 - $5,500 per month**, plus commission with tiered escalators rewarding overachievement.

**Commission**
- Up to **7% commission per client**

**What We Expect**
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas with quantified achievements in SME or enterprise sales.
- Experience selling technology, software, or AI-related solutions to SMEs or enterprises is highly preferred.
- Strong hunter mentality: proactive, resilient, and results-driven with the ability to close deals quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation platforms to manage pipelines effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Passion or interest in next-generation AI technology—especially architectures that go beyond simple word prediction models like ChatGPT—is highly desirable.

**Resume Submission Guidelines — Business Development Executive**

- Measurable sales performance
- Quantified achievements (Include timeframes e.g.FY2024 revenue, ARR, quota attainment, % of quota, deal sizes).

- Relevant technology / AI selling experience

- Sales skills and methods
- Key skills (prospecting, negotiation, stakeholder management, closing, account expansion).
- Lead generation channels and processes (outbound, referrals, partnerships, events, ABM, etc.).
- CRM and tools used (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and how you use them.
- References and availability
