**VACANT POSITION**:Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for leveraging existing and forging new business networks for the company. This person will be on the front lines helping to identify, approach and secure new clients in the SEA region to grow RTG’s business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build company profile in the region by discovering, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing company marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Propose potential business opportunities by contacting potential partners.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 5 years' similar or relevant positions
- Strong existing clientele network in Singapore and adjacent regions.
- Positive and pleasant disposition, good negotiation & presentation skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication skill with customers in English. Chinese ability a bonus.
- You are hands-on, have a high level of energy and a go-getter mind set.
- Proven business development track record.
**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
