**Who We Are Looking For**

We are on the hunt for a **_Head of Operations_** who is details-obsessed, energetic, and relentless, to step into a central role in leading our operations and expansions.

This is an executive management role with significant equity rewards.

**How you’ll make an Impact**

You will develop, lead and implement the end-to-end operations processes and orchestrate the successful deployments of our Intelligent Energy & Asset Management platform for multiple customers, multiple sites, across Singapore, and the region.

You will build up and lead a high-performing operations team that will ensure successful on-boarding of our customers, leverage our operations control tower to maximize energy sustainability results for our customers, and deliver on customer success.

Working in tandem with our CEO, you will be critical in defining and executing the go-to-market plans for expansion to new markets, and growing the company by building up its key business systems, processes and practices.

Your Experience & Skills
- You have experience in the scaling of operations, especially in B2B online-to-offline offerings for multi-site customers.
- You are great in project management with internal and customer stakeholders, strong in designing workflows and processes, and you are a good communicator.
- You are meticulous, a problem solver, and have a knack for creating structures and systems to navigate ambiguity.
- You are great in building, developing and leading teams, including across geographies.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and are motivated by speed to propel us ahead of competition.
